Wm. Philip Werschler, MD, is the founding member of Spokane Dermatology Clinic and Werschler Aesthetics. Previously, Dr. Werschler founded both Aesthetics Skin Care and the Aesthetic Image Medical Spa.

Wm. Philip Werschler, MD, is the founding member of Spokane Dermatology Clinic and Werschler Aesthetics. Previously, Dr. Werschler founded both Aesthetics Skin Care and the Aesthetic Image Medical Spa. Dr. Werschler received his medical degree, with distinction, from George Washington University Medical Center, Washington, D.C. After graduation, Dr. Werschler was invited to the University of Arizona, where he completed his preliminary residency training in internal medicine. He was then was asked to return to George Washington University where he completed his Dermatology fellowship. During his time in Washington, D.C., Dr. Werschler was selected to attend dermatology clinical consultations at the prestigious National Institutes of Health, Bethesda, MD. Dr. Werschler has been an active teaching member of the University of Washington faculty for over 20 years, where he serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor in Medicine/Dermatology. He has previously served as a Clinical Instructor in Dermatology at the George Washington University, School of Medicine, Washington, D.C. He is affiliated with several professional societies, including a full fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, the American Society for Dermatological Surgery, and the American Society for Mohs Surgery. Dr. Werschler is also a founding member and twice past President of the American Society of Cosmetic Dermatology and Aesthetic Surgery as well as a past President of the Washington State Dermatology Association and the Spokane County Medical Society. Dr. Werschler has also completed the Physician Entrepreneurship program offered by the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University and the AMA.
Drawing from his extensive clinical experience, Dr. Werschler has contributed to numerous studies, lectures, and publications in the field of Dermatology. A prolific writer, he is also on the editorial boards of several scholarly journals; including The Dermatologist, Cutis, Journal of Drugs in Dermatology, and Pathways to Clinical Practice. Dr.Werschler is the founding aesthetic editor of the Journal of Clinical and Aesthetic Dermatology, a PubMed listed journal that is widely regarded as one of the most influential and authoritative medical journals in dermatology. Additionally, Dr. Werschler is the Editor-in-Chief of Cosmetic Dermatology, the specialty’s original journal for cosmetic and aesthetic dermatology.
Dr. Werschler is an internationally recognized expert in both medical and cosmetic dermatology/aesthetic surgery. It is in this capacity, he has been honored to serve as a FDA investigator for clinical trials throughout his career. Today, nearly all of the FDA approved aesthetic injectable dermal fillers and toxins were tested in his research center, Premier Clinical Research, in Spokane WA. Dr. Werschler is especially proud of his selection as one of the original Botox FDA investigators, where the pivotal clinical trial for FDA approval of Botox Cosmetic was performed in his office. A widely sought after consultant in the business of medical drug and device development, Dr. Werschler has been instrumental in the development of many FDA approved drugs and devices. This includes Clarisonic skin care brush, for which he was a principal investigator as well as the Chairman of the Scientific Advisory Board. Currently, Dr. Werschler is the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of PolyRemedy, San Jose, CA. PolyRemedy is an innovative manufacturer of Cellulation skin care technology, designed for anti-aging applications. Dr. Werschler is also the CMO for Virtual Dermatologic, a pioneer in telemedicine/teledermatology. Serving on the advisory boards of the most prominent pharmaceutical drug and device corporations, Dr. Werschler is also widely regarded as an industry expert in small-capital start-up entities.

Pam is the director of Werschler Aesthetics, Spokane's Premier Medical Spa. Werschler Aesthetics is recognized nationally and internally as one of the leading medical spas in the country. An expert in the delivery of medically based cosmetic services, Pam has had the opportunity to teach and train with many of the world's leading experts from around the world.
Pam received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, her Masters of Science in Nursing, and her Advanced Practice Nursing degree from Washington State University at the Intercollegiate College of Nursing. She has also completed her Doctorate in Health Psychology with a focus toward preventative medicine.
Pam is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Additionally, she is board certified in laser medicine through the American Board of Laser Surgery and dermatological nursing through Dermatology Nurses Association.
Pam joined Spokane Dermatology Clinic in 2002 and has since specialized in laser medicine, cosmetic dermatology, and skincare while focusing on the specialized needs of her patients. She attends several cosmetic dermatology and plastic surgery conferences annually throughout the country teaching and learning advanced cosmetic techniques. Additionally, Pam has received advanced training in the use of neuromodulators and dermal fillers from many top plastic surgeons and dermatologists from around the world. She also actively pursues ongoing education and training in laser medicine through American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery conferences. Pam continues to be a trainer for Allergan, Galderma, Merz, and Valeant, teaching beginning and advanced injection techniques locally in the Pacific Northwest, nationally, and internationally.
Pam also serves as a consultant to the skin care industry, and specializes in the teaching of skin care techniques with different product lines, the best of which are carried at Werschler Aesthetics Medical Spa.
Pam is also companion to Spokane Dermatology Clinic's Pet Partner, Sir Harry Nevus. She is responsible for maintaining Nevus's perfect coat with the line of pet therapy products that is also sold in Werschler Aesthetics.

Dan Rhoads brings over twenty eight years of medical experience to Spokane Dermatology Clinic. Dan proudly began his medical career serving as a medical service specialist in the US Air Force. He served on active duty for three years in Spain and another four years in Texas. After leaving active duty, he served another five years in the Air Force Reserves. Dan graduated from the University of Washington's Physician Assistant Program in 1997. He practiced family medicine and urgent care in Mesquite Nevada for two years. He then joined Las Vegas Skin and Cancer Clinic where he received extensive training in Medical and Surgical Dermatology. Dan Rhoads continues his practice of Medical and Surgical Dermatology here in Spokane, adding training in Cosmetic Dermatology as well as participating in many FDA clinical research studies.
Dan is an active member of the Washington State Medical Association, the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, and The Spokane County Medical Society. Committed to the education and training of young medical professionals, Dan has spent his career as a mentor and preceptor for Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioner students.
Julie Taylor has practiced as a Physician Assistant in dermatology for the past 15 years.
Julie Taylor has practiced as a Physician Assistant in dermatology for the past 15 years. Her specialties include medical and cosmetic dermatology. Additionally, Julie has pursued extensive training in cosmetic services including training in Edinburgh Scotland.
Julie attended the MEDEX Northwest Physician Assistant program at the University of Washington and graduated in 1999. She is also a clinical preceptor for Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, and Medical students from the University of Washington, Gonzaga University, Whitworth, and Rocky Mountain College.

She has many years of experience in clinical research studies involving allergy, sinusitis, bronchitis, asthma, chronic obstructive lung disease, vaccine, urticaria and hereditary angioedema.
E. Suzanne Levitch, ARNP, previously worked at Marycliff Allergy Specialists. She obtained her Master's Degree in Nursing at Washington State University and is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Practice NP.
She has presented at the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology's national convention in Boston, MA and at the European Academy of Allergology and Clinical Immunology and World Allergy and Asthma Congress in Geneva, Switzerland. She has also been author/co-author of several manuscripts published in various medical journals.
Suzanne is an active member of the American Academy of Nurse practitioners and a member of the American Society of Allergy Nurses. She regularly attends scientific conferences through the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology, Intermountain West Allergy Association and American Society of Allergy Nurses.
Suzanne previously worked at Rockwood Clinic as a Nurse Practitioner. Her hobbies include gardening, animals and traveling to the Oregon coast.

Sir Harry Nevus
Nevus, Spokane Dermatology Clinic's licensed and certified pet therapy specialist and Princely Pooch, holds a lifetime degree in play therapy with a specialized focus on tug-of-war and ball fetching. These dedicated skills make Nevus especially qualified in his pet therapy techniques with all patients. Nevus can make anyone's visit to Spokane Dermatology Clinic more pleasurable with his big smile and wagging tail, but he particularly enjoys working with children. Additionally, Nevus's favorite foods are chicken, bacon, and peanut butter.
